Nutrition Through Pregnancy
In our six week course, you will learn how nutrition and other holistic interventions can support you through pregnancy as well as have a positive lifelong impact on mama and baby.
forget the opinions...
we did the research.
When you complete Nutrition Through Pregnancy, you won't have to wonder which "opinion" to listen to. You'll know what science shows and the research says.
You can walk away confident that you will be able to:
- have strategies to lower your risks of pregnancy conditions and complications
- have a variety of holistic interventions you can use to help with common pregnancy complaints (such as heartburn, morning sickness, fatigue, constipation, etc.)
- know what up-to-date research says about foods to limit and/or avoid
- put together meals and snacks that provide all of the important nutrients
- know how to pick a prenatal vitamin and if and when you may need to consider supplements
and THIS is the most amazing part:
the nutrition strategies you will learn throughout the course have been shown to improve your baby's health not just in utero, not just in infancy or childhood...
but for their LIFETIME.
While setting the foundation for your baby's health starts in pregnancy, it doesn't mean a strict diet plan.
I don't agree with the "all or nothing" mindset. You can have all of your favorite foods WHILE still nourishing yourself and your baby - and I'll show you how.
My goal in this course is to empower you to make confident choices with how you nourish yourself and baby in pregnancy and beyond.
And I'll be here to help you through it all!

It's more than just "eating your veggies" and drinking enough water. Learn what research says. Feel confident. Feel empowered.
NICE TO MEET YOU
I'm Jenn
After spending almost ten years in the world of nutrition and dietetics I realized something. As a nation, we are getting sicker and it's having a devastating impact on our children.
In other countries, you'll see that maternal nutrition is one of the leading interventions public health systems use as preventative health.
It makes sense, right? While your baby is developing, the nutrients you are delivering are building their entire body piece by piece. This time in utero sets the foundation for their metabolic health. Their behavior health. The list goes on.
What you eat during pregnancy also has a huge impact on YOU, mama! It can lower your risks for complications and can even help alleviate some of the common pregnancy complaints like nausea, fatigue, heartburn, etc.
But this isn't talked about in most prenatal visits. After going through my own pregnancy I realized other mamas NEED this information. Life. Changing. Information.
what mamas are saying:
"Jenn I am thankful for your heart and care for pregnant mamas! After going through your course I feel so much more confident in handling my pregnancy. At the doctors office you do not receive this type of in-depth information or knowledge and I appreciate you sharing your passion of nutrition with us all. I had no idea how impactful your intake of food affects your baby, especially during different stages of pregnancy. This course is easy to follow, allows for listening and reading (which personally I benefit from both), and the segments are broken down into manageable sections to listen for busy/ on the go women. I will be sharing this with any friends who have questions in navigating their pregnancy well through their nutritional choices!
- Katherine H.
"I LOVED the lesson on what foods to limit and avoid. It was interesting hearing the research behind what foods they commonly suggest to avoid and why those foods don't give an accurate picture of food safety in pregnancy. I also loved that there was a list in the lesson after it telling some of the best foods for pregnancy to focus on each week."
- Hannah B.
"I never knew where to start with meal planning, but the section on building meals and snacks really helped it make sense and gave me good ideas of how to go about putting together meals and snacks not just for me, but my whole family. I am using your meal planning sheets each week to meal plan and grocery shop and I love looking through your lists of foods from all of the food groups when I'm wanting to try something new or create more variety."
