Refunds & Details of Purchase

Refunds. The Emma Network classes are designed to give you the knowledge and tools to support you through pregnancy. Because of the nature of our products, below is our policy in determining eligibility of refunds.
If you complete this course, implement any strategies or utilize any advice (with consultation of your personal medical provider/healthcare team) and are still unsatisfied, then you can email us within 30 days for a full refund.
We cannot provide refunds on gift cards.
To request consideration for a refund, please email our support team with the information below included at [email protected] within 30 days, and let us know you’d like a refund. Please email us directly from your email account rather than using our contact form so that you can retain a record of your refund request. Refund requests submitted via Instagram or any other social platform will not be processed, so be sure to email your request to [email protected] .
The following information must be included in your refund request via email:
Nutrition Through Pregnancy: You have completed each module and lesson, reviewed each downloadable pdf, have implemented the discussed strategies or methods (with consultation of your personal medical provider/healthcare team) and did not find any information helpful.
The Emma Exclusive: Included is a 30 day trial in order for you to determine if this subscription is helpful to you and cancellations must be made before the end of your 30 day trial.
After 30 days, all purchases are completely non-refundable (even if you didn’t access or complete your class).
We reserve the right to evaluate each refund request using our criteria and make a decision accordingly.
In attempts to remain fair in determining eligibility of refund, the following reasons are not eligible:
- You decided this course just “wasn’t for you”
- You changed your mind after purchasing
- Extraneous personal circumstances
Chargebacks. You agree to make every attempt to request a refund prior to attempting a chargeback or to dispute the charges with your financial institution. In the event of a chargeback attempt, you expressly agree to forfeit any and all of our materials afforded to you in exchange for your original purchase of our Resource(s). We reserve the right to present proof of your access and these Terms to the financial institution investigating the dispute.
Sharing Resources. Our resources are intended for use in a single household. Sharing The Emma Network resources by methods including, but not limited to distribution of passwords and login information, distribution of downloadable materials, and purchasing with the intention of sharing resources with friends or family members is expressly prohibited. Anyone found to be sharing The Emma Network resources will have access to all class materials immediately revoked and will forfeit the 30-day money-back guarantee. Selling login information or downloadable materials is also prohibited.
Email Support. Our free email customer support is available to help you choose a class or resource; point you in the direction of a helpful Instagram post; answer straightforward clarification questions about resources you’ve purchased. Our email support is not intended for detailed troubleshooting, ongoing 1-on-1 support or customized plans.
Not for Medical Use. You acknowledge and agree that the Products and Services are not intended for or certified for medical use. The Emma Network makes no warranty or representation that the use of the Products or Services (with or without any third-party product or service) or the information provided to you by our Services or any Content found on the Services constitutes medical treatment or medical advice. The Emma Network’s customer support contacts cannot be considered a medical resource. If you have an emergency or a medical concern, it is your responsibility to seek medical assistance. You agree to consult your obstetrician or other medical provider you are being routinely seen by before beginning any changes to diet, addition or removal of supplements or any other medical decisions. The Emma Network offers no advice or consultation on medications.
